BLANCH & SON', serial no. 4264, circa 1933, 27 1/2in. nitro barrels with 6mm rib (loose), top barrel engraved 'FINISHED BY J. BLANCH & SON. 29 GRACECHURCH ST. LONDON.', 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. in both, hold-open toplever, manual safety, border and partial acanthus scroll engraving surrounding a central scrolling banner engraved 'J. BLANCH & SON.', 14 1/2in. stock including 1 5/8in. wooden extension and rubber recoil pad, worn overall, fore-end wood ill-fitting, split and pinned
